The Inhibitor Heist

In a museum somewhere around the corner a inventor has put his latest invention on show, the inhibitor.
Using this device you're supposed to be able to be able to teleport through tv and computer screens!
This sounds like a thing that's worth a lot, so you shoot your shot and try to steal it.

This is my unique take on the 2020 Unreal Spring Jam theme: "What is hidden in snow comes forth in the thaw"
In dutch white noise on tv's are often revered to as "snowing", and the main element is removing this snow from the screens to uncover the location it will teleport you to.
